Doreen Mattes, PHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. Doreen serves on the UALR College of Business Human Resource Management Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA) where she serves as the Director of College Relations and is a member of the Business Advisory Council for Project SEARCH® Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative. Doreen is a past recipient of CAHRA’s Rising Star award.
