Mock EEOC/Internal Investigation

The opening session of the Mock EEOC/Internal Investigation will introduce a factual scenario that leads to an employment discrimination/retaliation charge. This will be followed by an attorney-led discussion about what employers should have on their mind when preparing for an investigation after receiving the charge, and will end with a mock witness interview addressing both the vital questions employers should be covering when gathering facts from relevant witnesses and preparing those witnesses for their participation in the EEOC’s investigation to close out the session.

Key Objectives

1. Learn best practices for addressing complaints in the workplace. 2. Gain insight from different perspectives and opinions presented. 3. Obtain knowledge about EEOC charge processing.
