How HR and Legal Shape Cybersecurity

This presentation challenges HR and Legal leaders to move beyond "Security Theater." Using real-world breach stories and tech trends like deepfakes, it reveals why HR—not IT—is the frontline defense against cyberattacks. By mastering the "Lifecycle of Access," closing offboarding gaps, and fostering a "No-Blame" culture, HR & Legal professionals can protect employee privacy under Arkansas law while transforming cybersecurity into a powerful tool for revenue and recruitment.
