This presentation will highlight recent enforcement efforts by the Commission and cases that have significant impact on employers. In addition, developments with the Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act (PWFA) will be covered.

William Cash

Director - Little Rock Area Office at EEOC

William A. Cash Jr. serves as Director of the EEOC’s Little Rock Area Office. He started with EEOC in 1992 as a trial attorney and later served as a Supervisory Trial Attorney. He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Before working for EEOC, Cash worked as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Oren Harris of the Western District of Arkansas. Prior to working for Judge Harris, Cash had a private law practice in Little Rock. Cash served as a government fellow to the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association. Cash appeared on ABC’s 20/20 program discussing an EEOC case seeking relief for teenagers subjected to sexual assault in the workplace. Cash is a frequent presenter on the topic of Workplace Discrimination and Employment Law at CLE programs and Human Resources seminars.
