Kelly is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over two decades of experience leading people, culture, and operations in complex organizations. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., where she oversees strategic HR initiatives, compliance, compensation, and employee engagement, and serves on multiple firm committees, including Recruiting & Retention and the Culture and Belonging Council.
Before joining Mitchell Williams, she spent more than 20 years with Youth Home, Inc. and Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas, advancing from HR Director to Chief Operations Officer and ultimately Chief Human Resources Officer. In these roles, she led human resources, facilities, IT, training, and organizational strategy, guiding teams through major growth, change, and modernization efforts.
A SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she holds master’s degrees in Human Resource Development and Public Administration from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Deeply engaged in the HR community, she most recently served as Vice President of Programs for the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association for the last four years and is currently the ELLA Chair for the Arkansas SHRM State Council. Her past leadership includes serving as State Director for Arkansas SHRM, President of CAHRA, and President of the Arkansas Compensation Association as well as many other volunteer activities. She is the past recipient of the ARSHRM HR Best Practices Award and the CAHRA Outstanding Member of the Year Award. She is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XXI.
