Rachel ‘Nikki’ Skinner, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Farmers & Merchants Bank at its Headquarters in Stuttgart. She has worked in all functions of the HR Department since 2010.

Nikki served on the Arkansas SHRM Conference committee in 2017 and 2018. She is also on the committee for the 2019 Arkansas ELLA Conference. She has been a member of SHRM since 2013.
