• Cancellations must be made in writing or emailed to eat0@eau0eav0eaw0.
• Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee if received prior to March 8, 2025.
• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from March 8, 2025 – April 1, 2025.
• Cancellations received after April 1, 2025 and no-shows are non-refundable. Substitutes are allowed.
• Those HRCI or SHRM Certified or both are eligible to earn hours toward recertification. Continuing Legal Education credits may be earned.
• ARSHRM and its chapter affiliates will use images of attendees from time to time in marketing, promotional, recruiting, and other materials. By attending the conference, the attendee consents to the use of their image as outlines below. If the attendee does not consent, they should contact ARSHRM to ‘opt out’. ARSHRM may use their image likeness in print or electronic media for advertising, recruiting or promotional purposes and attendees will not receive any royalty or other consideration for the use of the image. If the attendee does not ‘opt out’ and consents to participate, ARSHRM will be the exclusive owner of all rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, in and to the specific images taken for use in perpetuity and in any medium. This policy does not change or diminish in any way the attendee’s right to their own likeness. The attendee will not necessarily have the opportunity in all cases to review or approve the image before it is used.
