EEOC 2026 Priorities, Enforcement Trends, and Emerging Workplace Realities

This presentation reviews the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) priorities shaping workplace enforcement. It examines the agency’s strategic focus on systemic discrimination, hiring barriers, pay equity, harassment, and policies that restrict employee rights. The session also explores emerging workplace issues—including AI-driven hiring tools, evolving scrutiny of diversity initiatives, and shifting federal enforcement strategies—helping HR professionals understand compliance risks, anticipate enforcement trends, and adapt workplace policies to a rapidly changing regulatory environment.

Key Objectives

1. Identify the EEOC’s major enforcement priorities and regulatory focus areas through 2026. 2. Analyze emerging workplace risks such as AI in hiring, pay transparency, and evolving DEI scrutiny. 3. Apply practical strategies to reduce discrimination risk and strengthen compliant employment practices.
