Delnar Franklin-Thomas
Memphis District Director at EEOC
Delner Franklin-Thomas was appointed the District Director of the Memphis District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2018. From October 2021 through October 2024, she also served as Acting Director of the EEOC Office of Field Programs, the largest program within the EEOC. In this role, she ensured the effective efficient management and implementation of the Commission’s administrative enforcement, national outreach and technical assistance programs in its 53 Offices throughout the country. Ms. Franklin-Thomas is a graduate of Yale University and Columbia University, School of Law.
