First 100 Days of 2025: Changes in OFCCP, EEOC and Employment Law
The OFCCP Director for most of President Trump's first term will reflect on where OFCCP has been and where it is now going in the second term. This will include a discussion of what to expect with 503 and VEVRAA enforcement and compliance assistance, as well as certifications involving Title VII.
Key Objectives
- Full understanding of Section 503 and VEVRAA Focused Reviews - Considering how these remaining authorities will be enforced and how best to comply in advance - Learning about OFCCP history and how that may frame its future in the disability and veteran areas

Craig is a partner at K&L Gates in DC and co-leader of the OFCCP & Affirmative Action Compliance area. Craig was OFCCP Director from 2018-21. He is a member of the NILG Advisory Council and Washington Metro ILG. He is a Professor of Government Lawyering and Professorial Lecturer in Law at George Washington. He serves as Chair of the Bar Association of DC’s Civil and Human Rights Committee, Vice Chair of the DC Advisory Committee to the USCCR, and as a member of numerous other boards and committees, including for Disability:IN DC Metro, Disability Belongs, and Eightfold. Craig is also a disability inclusion and accessibility advocate.
