Kristen Rhodes-Berry
ADWS Director-Reemployment at Arkansas Division of Workforce Services
Kristen Rhodes-Berry has served in the Secretary of State’s office for seven years in both Business and Commercial Services and Elections. During her time there, she contributed to the statewide voter system upgrade as part of the Help America Vote Act. In 2010, she joined the Department of Workforce Services (now the Department of Commerce - Division of Workforce Services) in the Unemployment Insurance Division. Initially, she worked directly with employers and claimants before transitioning into various management roles. She currently serves as the Director of Reemployment, overseeing both the Unemployment program and the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments (RESEA) program, which assists individuals in returning to work more quickly.
