Deposition Preparedness....What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Good deposition testimony starts with making a good decision in the first place. Once that decision is made and you're forced to defend it, success depends on knowing the facts inside and out and knowing the ins and outs of the deposition and trial process. Preparation and concentration are key. Playing defense is the only good offense in deposition testimony. Find out how in this interactive session.

Key Objectives

  1. Identify what you should do before you ever get sued to be a good witness at trial.
  2. Apply "the rules" of good testimony.
  3. Recognize ways good lawyers make good people into bad witnesses.
